"The room was clean, and we appreciated that we could bring our two dogs. The street was a bit loud at night, but the bed was comfy so we got a good nights sleep."
"Everything about Viking Villages Resort was wonderful! We loved the cozy place we stayed, with an eye for small details that made it a delight. The resort is secluded and very peaceful, even with the occasional "baaa" from the nearby sheep herd on the property. There was corn hole available to play and chairs to sit out on the deck at night to stargaze. If you want a real escape, this is the place to visit. It really has the feel of being in a viking village! We will most certainly be repeat customers!"
"This was a beautiful hotel close to the best part of North Adams. The gallery on the lobby floor gives it an upscale vibe but without too high a price tag. It was very convenient for our college visit to Williams College. It was very quiet even directly across from the elevator. The beds were very comfortable. The coffee was good. But,my one note would be there wasn't anything else offered for breakfast that my picky eater teenager would eat."
Fairfield Inn & Suites Springfield Northampton/Amherst
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay at the Fairfield Northampton was great. The room and all common areas were clean. Housekeeping came and made the beds, replenished towels and toiletries with care while we were out. Location was close the downtown with shops and eateries and a 20 minute drive from UMass. The complimentary breakfast and pool was a highlight of our stay. The staff was all super friendly. We look forward to staying again for any our future UMass visits."
