Khách sạn gần Trung tâm Burbank Empire tại Los Angeles

"The room was very clean and d the was surprisingly very comfortable. What i didn't like is you had to walk across the street to their other property to get ice. The front desk area the scent was so strong I couldn't stand be in there really could tone down. The shuttle was as convenient to use as last year chose to use Lyft ride to make sure we could make tour times."

"Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend Our stay at the Coast Burbank Hotel was extremely disappointing. The customer service did not meet our expectations, the beds were uncomfortable, and the pillows were excessively fluffy. One of our biggest concerns was being charged for a night we did not stay. We provided more than 24 hours' notice that we would be checking out early, but management declined to provide a refund. This left us feeling that our concerns were not taken seriously and...

"The location was great with free parking. However, the lobby smelled like mildew and the property is very dated. There were two tiny bath towels that barely fit around us, the mini fridge was on the floor instead of being in the cabinet, and the worst issue was my partner stuffed up the toilet and we told management and he responded that when we return from our outing to universal things will be “fresh and clean”. Upon returning to our room, 12 hours later, we opened the door to the room and the...

"Great staff - especially housekeeping. Nice sized rooms and easy access to all things Burbank."

"There was a glitch in the system so initially I thought things were going to go downhill from the check in but instead the front desk person completed my reservation again very quickly and got me to my large, clean room. The bed and pillows were super comfy. Would definitely stay there again."

"Needs more parking"

"Todo excelente solo un poco lejos de todo"

"Good, clean and easy and close to Universal Studios !"

"The hotel was advertised as upscale, but unfortunately, our experience was anything but. From the moment we checked in, the staff was unfriendly and provided virtually no information about the hotel. We were not told about the amenities, parking, or even that the main restaurant was closed. Most disappointing was the lack of communication about the second pool and spa, which were actually the primary reasons we chose this hotel. The rooms were dated, plain, and far from what I expected for an...

"Quiet and in a great location"

"We absolutely loved our stay! Beautiful rooms, an amazing pool, and a fantastic restaurant. Everything was wonderful! Just two small suggestions to improve the experience even further: 1. The hair dryer in room 567 wasn’t working and looked quite worn out. It would be great to replace it. 2. It wasn’t clear whether the wine in the room was complimentary. A small information card explaining what’s included would be very helpful. Thank you for a lovely experience! We would definitely love to...

"I love the place, reasonable price"
