The property was exactly as advertised. A good sized, clean, room with a comfortable bed and bathroom facilites. There are cooking facilities, but bring your own pots and pans. Many people seem to complain about the lack of cutlery etc... You get exactly as advertised, those people clearly didn't read correctly. Staff were super friendly. Some, but not all spoke English - but why should they. Google got me by, and us English should not be ignorant to other languages. A well stocked and well priced SuperMarket is right across the road. Tram/Train stations are a 5-10 minute walk away - fantastic access to the centre of Valencia. I really enjoyed my stay here and can highly recommend it to those on a budget. If you want all the ammenities of a Hotel then go and spend 2 or 3 times the price. They even opened up the Roof Terrace so that we could enjoy the Solar Eclipse, and we had a great view. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay. I hope to see you again.

Uncomfortable Bed and Kitchen Not Usable

The bed was very uncomfortable. The worst I’ve ever had at a hotel. No exaggeration. It would poke you in the back and was very firm. The road outside was very loud all day and night. Sleeping was impossible. The kitchen had no utensils, pots, pans, or plates making it not usable. I guess this is a student apartment building most of the year, but in the summers it is also a hotel. This was the reason I was given for the kitchen not having anything. If you advertise a kitchen, like most hotels, it should be stocked with utensils and pans to actually cook. I brought food I couldn’t use. Also, no hand soap, just shampoo packets. Very weird and not useful. Other than the cheap price, it was not a great stay.

Solo puedo escribir sobre la habitación número 12, el tiempo se ha detenido allí, los muebles están desactualizados, el baño estaba en muy malas condiciones. Este apartamento necesita ser completamente renovado.

Todo estaba muy limpio, y la atención anterior, durante y al abandonar la estancia excelente. Atendieron a mis peticiones y necesidades sin ningún problema. Destacaría, a tener en cuenta para otros usuarios, que no hay ningún utensilio de cocina, ninguno. No lo pregunté antes, fallo mío. Y no lo leí en ningún comentario, por eso recalco que únicamente aportan 2 toallas y un sobrecito de gel. Recomiendo preguntarles cualquier duda ya que son muy amables.

Alojamiento "con cocina" sin nada mas

Resulta que el alojamiento tiene cocina, pero no tiene ni un vaso, cubierto, plato, sarten... vamos nada, ni para un vaso de leche. Ademas no habia ni jabon en las habitsciones tampoco. Creo que si cuando se renta por fin de semana pagas mucho mas que reservando todo el mes, y por eso debe incluir eetos servicios

Hab. de estudiantes que han intentado hacer hotel

Le faltan algunos servicios, por ejemplo: No tiene toalla de pies para la ducha La ducha está regular y es difícil regular la temperatura. El desagüe con moho y huele mal No un un solo vaso, cubierto... Pero si cocina, todavía no conozco a nadie que lleve sartenes en la maleta. Una manta para una habitación de dos camas individuales 3 perchas en dos armarios Es un intento de ganar un dinerillo extra con habitaciones de estudiantes vacías.

Era una habitación extremadamente cómoda, limpia y práctica. Tiene un aire acondicionado eficiente. Tenía una vista amplia y luminosa. Justo enfrente hay un supermercado donde se pueden hacer todo tipo de compras. La sala de fitness, la lavandería y la sala de relajación ofrecen la comodidad del hogar.Las instalaciones del establecimiento son muy ricas. El acceso a la ciudad era muy fácil en tranvía. Nos alojamos en familia. Me alegró alojarme en Burjassot y no en el centro de la ciudad. Muchas gracias al amable personal.

Lo único que nos gustó fue la ubicación cerca del tranvía. También que se estropeó la cisterna del WC y la arreglaron enseguida. Tenía cocina pero no menaje, con lo que no servía de nada y tuvimos que cambiar todos nuestros planes. Las zonas comunes no se limpiaban con frecuencia. Encontramos la habitación sin perchas y sin limpiar. La limpiadora nos dijo que estaba recién limpiada pero no lo pensamos, y que era un residencia, no un hotel. Nos repasó los armarios. La mampara de la ducha muy mal por zonas y no cerraba bien. Tuvimos que comprar un limpiador y un paño. En la ducha era imposible regular la temperatura. El colchón de la cama una pena y el somier se movía como un barco. No había cobertura de llamadas.
