"Interesting hotel with character in the centre of Perth. Great location near the high street, the river and transport links. It is a bit tired in areas but the room was clean and the bathroom looked like it had recently been refurbished. "

"Located right in the middle of town, we stayed in Kinnoul, larger than anticipated the two floors were wonderfully clean and modern, couldn't have been better. Lovely kitchen area with everything, apart from tea towels so we had to use the hand towel. Some reviews say there is noise but we must have been lucky, maybe neighbouring apartments were uninhabited during our stay, whole place was silent, apart from town clock chiming every quarter hour, which didnt bother us and wasn't through the...
