"I was insulted by the pool staff. The supervisor was unapologetic. I raised this with front desk management and I was offered an apology. I am extremely disappointed and flabbergasted with the action of one particular accor hotel staff and his supervisor. Unfortunately I did not get their names but I did raise this with hotel management. There was no indication that they addressed the issue"

"The staff was great but the property needed work, was dark. There were stains on bed sheets and towels. Water was freezing cold and the sink wasnt even working, to clarify only drops would come out. "
