"What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. "Stayed one night . Reception staff really helpful . Staff in the dining area were good both in the evening dining and breakfast. Good choice for breakfast . Room was clean and the bathroom also. Parking at the hotel very convenient as we used the park and ride to Norwich town centre which was located close to the hotel . Overall very pleased with our stay ."

"It felt like home. A short walk to the bus depot gave me access to all surrounding sites, or an easy 25 minute walk to city centre. Tea and coffee, juice and bread on hand. Two friendly dogs that were all talk at first became friends during the first encounter."

"The Hotel was quite Olde Worlde dated in places but to be expected given the age of the place,nice comfy bed,clean room, bar area lovely and the outside bar and marquee was excellent,The staff really nice and friendly nothing too much trouble for them,we stayed 2 nights with breakfast very very good portions we struggled a little was very tasty too,we always managed to park behind in the small car park hopefully will return soon."

"The property had staff that were helpful and polite we arrived early and the chap let us check in and order us a taxi to get into town . When it was late he kept us informed. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed . The shower products were lovely . The breakfast selection was fab and the morning staff were chatty. I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. The room is very well presented and incredibly clean, bed was super comfy and bathroom was spotless and of a decent size. Paid extra for the Full English...

"We spent a very comfortable night in Norwich at the Premier Inn on Duke Street. It is ideally located for eating out, historic attractions, and shopping. The room was pleasant and clean, and the bed helped us sleep around 9 hours! Staff were helpful too. Would stay there again when visiting the city. "
