"Beautiful hotel and very friendly staffs"

"Bon accueil dans cet établissement. Petit déjeuner très bien. Restaurant parfait. Deux choses a signaler. L'étroitesse de la douche pour une personne normale et le coût du parking qui s'élève à 8 euros jours. Tarif exagéré. Ça devrait être calculé au prorata du nombre de jours passés à l'hôtel donc dégressif. Ça risque de rebuter les personnes qui voyagent. Dommage"

"Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing. They were friendly and courteous and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The owner was incredible and made sure that all our needs were taken care of. Driving in Palermo is not easy and he willingly escorted us to a main road. We are so gkad we chose to stay here"

"Two seniors travelling independently in Sicily, stayed here for 7 days. Great accommodations - spotlessly clean, safe, secure, centrally located, walking distance to trains, buses, great restaurants, and all Centro historical sites - good breakfast available. Staff were excellent."

"Go somewhere else. The list of problems we had here are never ending. The neighborhood also is not great, but I guess that’s most of Palermo. The owner apparently cannot take any sort of criticism and is in total denial. If one more person tells me that “everyone else loves” something I’m going to lose it. The mattresses were the worst mattresses I’ve ever had hands down. They were mush memory foam. MUSH. I sunk to the bed frame just sitting on it. But guess why, that wasn’t a good enough reason...

"Location was ideal, a few steps from Via Victorio Emanuelle.I had to leave early in the morning so I did not have complimentary breakfast, but the menu was extensive. The room was comfortable and well lit, the bathroom was large, the hotel manager Alin was attentive and responsive. The only negative for me was that my room was on the third floor walk up with steep stairs."

"Poor choice by us booked 14days left after 6 days .. beach like a builders yard .. only one Resturant for dinner buffet average quality and limited choice poor wine selection staff don’t want be there .. no restaurants near hotel all 30+ mins away and poor quality.. nice pool .. bar ran like a 1980’s place poor choice of wine no draught beer limited bottles.. breakfast same everyday limited fresh fruit mainly tinned stuff couldn’t stay in this time warp .foe 14 days . room supposed to be garden...
