"Overall this is a wonderful hotel but there are a few quirks guests need to be aware of before travelling to prevent frustrations on arrival. The positives: Hotel is lovely. Well maintained, comfortable beds, spectacularly clean. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly. Momo on the reception was particularly wonderful with a very kind and calm nature. The location was good - plenty of eateries around but in a more secluded corner of Ferrera. Short walk into Cala dor central and it was a safe and pleasant walk. The area itself felt safe. The beach backs on to the hotel and is probably one of the better beaches - and we hired a car and explored quite a few - so having that on your doorstep is great. The hotel itself has seating for breakfast/drinks/evening meals overlooking a beachy cove. The whole setting is lovely both for sunrise and at sunset (you can’t see the sunset but you get the privilege of all of the colours). It’s really beautiful to look out at. The downsides: The poolside. The pool is overcrowded for the size of the hotel. We went at the end of September which isn’t even peak season, everyone was still on top of one another. Also, due to the hotels positioning, the whole of the poolside is shaded for parts of the day. We didn’t spend any time at the pool due to the crowding - so it was handy having a beach a stones throw away. You can’t reserve parking and there is guaranteed parking close by. There is onstreeet but it takes a while to find anywhere"

"We just stayed 5 nights in superior villas (S107) and our family of 5 absolutely loved it. The location was perfect with easy access to the pool and down to the beach right from our terrace. The pool was beautiful overlooking the sea and was never too busy. While we had lounge chairs on our terrace, there were always lounge chairs available around the pool. The unit itself was clean and spacious, as pictured online. The addition of the kitchen was great for easy meals. We enjoyed easy walk to strip with shops and restaurants. The water in the Cala was gorgeous we actually spent most days lounging around the sea and pool rather than travelling to different beaches and Calas in peak August which was our original plan. This made for a more relaxing trip with 3 kids. Overall we would absolutely recommend and would love to stay again. Only downside is parking can be difficult, we always found a spot but sometimes had to reverse back down the street and search again. Also for the price, would be nice to have breakfast included, although not a deal breaker as we made easy breakfasts in our kitchen."
