The interior however is extremely run down and our first room We were given smelt damp and had to be moved to a better room but still then extremely basic and cleaning standard not great. Not helped also by the fact they only offer housekeeping every 3 days. Hotel with huge potential but not being looked after and requires urgent attention would not recommend anyone to stay there"

The only issue (not their fault) they put me on the top floor and I struggle with stairs a lot as I’m disabled.. so, I booked a small single room but they have a huge room with a double and two singles great bathroom windows that open for air and the bed was great and the hot chocolate n biscuits. "The hotel smelled of humidity. The TV in the room didn't work. I went to change the remote control 4 times. Finally, I asked them to test it in the room to see if it worked. They put the remote control down and left. I went upstairs and the TV still didn't work. Since I can't sleep without a TV, it was important to me. The hotel is definitely not worth the price they are asking. And they are especially asking for extra parking from the customers who have already stayed"
