"My mother and I had a great time in Neenah and this hotel was part of the reason. The King suites with the jetted tub were huge and cozy and clean. My mom and I each had our own and we both agreed we were able to relax in this “home away from home” because we weren’t afraid to get comfortable. "We stayed a week. Three days into the stay, I informed the front desk I would like the room to be refreshed. When we came back to the room, I found towels and bedsheets on the kitchen counter. Our dirty towels were still in the floor. The beds were not made. Toiletries were not restocked. I informed the front desk of the issues at checkout. I didn’t receive a follow up from the Osthoff.
