She went out of her way to help us get our luggage up and down to our room and called us a cab while pulling out suitcase a block down the street and got us a good deal for a cab so we would t get taken advantage of. The croissants she hung on the door each morning were such a treat and the coffee maker in the room made the perfect cup. We would definitely stay there again if we ever make it back to Rome. "

Please factor in that Hotel is on the first floor and you need to go up a set of stairs which may not work for everyone, but we enjoyed our stay there."
