"The furniture in the room was a little outdated. The sofa bed needs to be replaced tge cushions are worn out. first time I've been in the resort and there was no shower door on the shower. No problem but just needed to get use to. Also was extremely shocked at how much the resort fees were for a Hilton Honors member. The fee needed to be told up front"

"I was very disappointed in this state. I’ve stayed in this hotel at least five times and this was the worst. The fact that there was no TV we were not notified. There was lack of hot water plus it seemed like no one was greeting us or making sure everything was OK. The room was not as clean as we are accustomed too and the fact that we were not told that the hotel was working in generators so the rooms were not as cold as we like so I think this will be my last time staying There and will look...

"When we arrived at the hotel they charged me for ocean view, and it was not Ocean view when we finally arrived to our room the floors in the room were wet. They mopped the floors and sent us up to the room without the floors, drying my friend my guest that stayed with me when we opened up the door and walked in. He had fallen due to the wet floor. We will be taking a lawsuit out on the hotel due to the wet floors in the room."
