I made a mistake by making a reservation for next week, when I meant to indicate this week instead. I tried contacting Expedia to see if I could cancel this non-refundable mistake for next week, but the clerk couldn"t care less or even offer to help me resolve this mistake. Expedia said that they would have to contact the hotel to see if they would honor my request for a refund cancelation. So far, I have not heard anything from anybody"

"The interior was immaculate, plenty of socializing space. Still new, so some future features were still off line - the restaurant, tap wall, courtyard etc. The suite was spacious and well appointed, liked the robes and the record player, needs some more pop and romantic albums. I missed a full facial tissue box and my hotel lament, no clock, I don’t sleep with my phone. I would definitely recommend the property."

"This is an older hotel that is being renovated. Our room was remolded, very clean and comfortable. The area is right next to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Very quiet. There is a little restaurant just the road for dinner and a small coffee shop across the street that serves breakfast sandwiches and has great coffee. I would stay here again."
