"Expedia didn't disclose that the hotel is going thru lobby and hallway renovations. There were contractors, buckets, paint, throughout the lobby. The front desk informed me that they can cancel the reservation but need to contact Expedia for refund. Expedia told me the decision is ultimately the hotel's so therefore i need to talk to them. So basically both sides made me feel like 'suck it, you are too small of a customer and we dont care about your stay" "

"Beware!!! Checked in to a room that smelled heavily of smoke and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Was moved to a different room as requested. Completed the stay with no other issues until I received a $100 charge to my account the following day after checkout. I called property and they wouldn’t tell me what it was for except loss/damage. I emailed property management only to receive a call hours later saying that the room had smelled like smoke and I was charged $100!!! I don’t smoke. Complained...

"Started off rocky, the room they gave me my card wouldn’t work because come to find out it was guest still in there. The gentleman at the front desk helped me right away and upgraded my room for free. Loved that, he is the only thing about this staff I give 5 stars to and he was the only one working that night apparently. Now the downside is the room, it was not fully cleaned well. "Very clean room, conference areas close to elevators that go up to rooms, so no long walks to and from. Very pleasant staff from valet to check-in to housekeeping. "

"Room was clean and the grounds were lovely. The WiFi was terrible and nobody on sight was able to guide us to the pay option (which we were ready to upgrade to). The Hilton corporate IT never returned our call, so very little business was done in our room. We were in town for a business meeting. The staff at Starbucks was non existent. Waited 8 minutes for someone to help us. Eventually left and went to Starbucks down the street. "
