"I rented a room with two beds for me and my brother. The room was spacious and clean. We got to Naples early and fell in love with their lounge area and stayed there for a little while until we checked in. The vibe was welcoming and chill. I enjoyed being able to get a cafe latte in the morning. Most importantly it’s walking distance from the train station!"

"Overall, a Very Disappointing Stay — Definitely Not a 5-Star Experience!
I honestly don’t understand how this hotel can be rated 5 stars. We stayed at several genuine 5-star hotels during our trip to Italy, and the difference in quality, service, and overall experience was night and day. Unfortunately, Hotel Vesuvio falls far below expectations.
1. €40 for overnight parking! Charging hotel guests €40 just to park for one night feels insulting, especially at a supposedly luxurious hotel.

"Although hotel was clean and staff were amazing, I found it overpriced for the room I paid for. My room was very small, we were tripping over our luggage. The bathroom was spacious but the room itself could have been bigger. We had an ugly view of a wall (not the water) the coffee and fridge area were so small it was difficult to make a coffee or tea.
The walk to any shops, restaurants and cafe’s is a half hour, nothing close by.
Staff was very attentive and very welcoming.
