"Their suite only allowed 4 people. We are 3 adults, 1 teen and 1 child. They still insisted on us to pay $15 for the 1 child. Not staying with them anymore! Overpriced!"

"We stayed only 1 night and did not use the facilities or the breakfast bar. While the room was just fine for its cleanliness, etc., the neighbouring room had a dog that barked nonstop from 10:30 pm to 11:45 pm. I would have thought rooms that allow pets would not be right beside rooms that do not. For non smokers such as ourselves, it is unfortunate that the front entrance has a strong lingering smoky smell. "

"Restaurant is closed could not get any dinner. Had to order out. The sauna was out of order swimming pool was amazing. The hot tub outside needs some work all the little tiles around it or falling out. Stuff was amazing."

"Great cleanliness and friendly staff. Overall condition was really good, but some details were less than ideal. Having to go back and forth in the enclosed skyway was better than having to transit outdoors but was not very convenient. The consistency and availability of hot water was not good. The shower either could not regulate the water temperature or no hot water was available at all. The convenience center near the check in desk had few or no options for diet soft drinks. The smaller meeting rooms were great, but the large meeting room we were given was long and very narrow, which was not a very effective facility for a group of nearly 150 attendees. Off premises dining and shopping was not particularly convenient. "

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. We definitely will stay at this motel if we are in Calgary!"
