"Good location and well-stocked kitchenette, but *very* small--the website says that all suites have a separate living area: we got a small table with just one chair (the table was up against the TV so there was no room for a second without blocking the way), and a low chair shoved into the space between the bed and the bathroom (about 1.5m). I'm not entirely sure we got the room we booked (I went with one of the larger suites, and yet the one we got was clearly just for one person). Everything...

"Reception staff were lovely and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was gorgeous. However the spa area was dreadful, gym was small changing rooms were awful, run down and grubby. No private changing facilities. Tiles were mouldy the toilets smelt very bad. In the pool area the whole area was grubby bits of tiles missing and covered with masking tape. The tiles around the hot tub were mouldy, window sills were rotting and flaking away. Not what I expected from a luxury chain...
