"Staying in a mansion is a special experience that I enjoyed. Plus the location is really close to CMU if you have a kid attending the school. The king bed was really comfortable and the full size sofa bed was one of the better ones I ever had. Air Conditioning worked wonder. Hot water was strong. Please note there was no refrigerator in the room. Parking was a little tricky but we were always able to find a space. All the staff were attentive and courteous. Thanks!"

"After my first stay here with family during Pitt’s admitted student day, I’ve chosen this hotel every time I come out to Pitt- four times now? It’s clean and there is a spa-like scent that wafts through the whole building. The location in the center of campus cannot be beat, and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable. "

"We stayed here with our children when visiting Pittsburgh. We wanted to visit the Carnegie Museum of Natural History and Art and visit the Uof Pitt campus. The transportation options were close and easy. Alex the property manager was very communicative and even greeted us with ice cream sandwiches."

"Front desk was super helpful and had great attitude. She showed us tables in the back of the lobby that me and my group were able to sit together and eat dinner once we arrived and settled in. Rooms were very clean and spacious. We loved the little kitchenette and counter island. It did take some time for the cribs for our little ones to get to our room. A littler sooner would’ve been a help instead of waiting till 1230am for the cribs to come. (We checked in at around 930). But that was fine...

"This place was really cute! There's even access to a private garage for $20/night. My only slight criticism is the beds could be more comfortable with a soft mattress topper and 4 full size pillows per queen bed"

"Great property! Apartment was very spacious and clean, equipped with everything I needed. Made me feel like I was home. Great location too! Will for sure stay here next time I come visit Pittsburgh. "It is a good alternative to a hotel with a lot of space and a kitchen. The building is a warehouse conversion so it is high ceiling, a big skylight on top of the living room, large bath room with washer dryer. The parking is on the street, unless you pay 20 a night in the garage across the alley. I worries about safety in the beginning when parking on street, call the owner and she assured me it is ok.
