"My family stayed from Saturday into Monday in two rooms. I want to start by saying the woman at the front desk was absolutely PHENOMENAL and beyond helpful (didn't get her name). We arrived on Saturday right before 3pm (check in) and got checked in super quickly. The issues started once we got to the rooms, the hotel was practically a mess due to construction ( no issues there, didn't really affect our stay) both rooms had tons of gross looking stains all over the carpets, neither room had hot water ( woman at front desk helped the most she could by giving us an empty room to shower in) then the internet was spotty at best and then totally went out for close to 12 hours. one of the rooms completely filled with marijuana smoke (woman at front desk was super helpful here too. and went to investigate where smell was coming from) the pool that they heavily advertised was closed and the gym was taped off. the breakfast consisted of soggy fries, hard sausage, yogurt and stale cereal. Both rooms had exposed wires from the air conditioners with a makeshift wood board under it to try to hide wires, holes in the walls and stained pillows and blankets, sticky desk and tables."
"Breakfast was okay. Our room was, bed was a little lumpy, and TV was okay but oddly enough you had to point the remote to the microwave for it to change channel. When the person at reception desk told me this, I thought she was joking, she was not.
Overall it was a good stay"
"Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, overall the place felt old. Bed was super soft which meant a terrible night of sleep. The walls were thin. The bathroom was nerve racking as we questioned every time if the toilet was going to fully flush- thankfully it did but, again, just seemed like everything was on the brink of needing major updates. The Fridge froze my food which was unfortunate because all I needed was to keep it cold. Breakfast was fine but “fresh” fruit equalled green bananas. The pool was much colder than expected. I was grateful to have a place to stay but would not go back."
"Charming hotel, dog friendly (treats at check-in), wonderful food with gluten free options. Close to everything! My daughter and I truly enjoyed our stay."
