"Staff was helpful, rooms got cleaned, stuff was near by to do. I you want the true tourist feel go here. There’s no space for anything because it is so packed. Traffic if terrible. Partying went on for long time outside. There was loud construction and cars all night. If you want the tourist feel but more space and less people isla verde I recommend. I learned my lesson. "

"This hotel is an accident waiting to happen. We stayed on the 12th floor and the door opens to a nonexistent balcony with no safety measures and just a small railing. It was absolutely terrifying with two children. We only stayed for the night before an early morning airport departure but would not recommend this hotel at all and feel there are so many unnecessary dangers of having the doors in the rooms open like this with no safe guards. The pool area is also very gross, with broken/uncomfortable pool chairs and no easily accessible towels (you have to go to the front desk to get). "

"First, the staff is outstanding. upon arrival Dylan checked us in. This young man was professional but more importantly super friendly. He provided us with great information about the local neighborhood and some super dining recommnedations. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Room has all the basics a traveler would need. The downsides to staying at this hotel range from the overpriced drinks and food to the resort fee added to the end of the stay bill. A gin & tonic was $18.00 as opposed to a well crafted cocktail in Old San Jaun was $15.00. The pool area is nice but very small. Most chairs are not in the sun for a good portion of the day. The area being small, it was difficult to find chairs, especially when the hotel allows cruiseship guest to rent out cabanas (not in the sun). Then the cruiseship guest take pool chairs as well. Given the limited pool area it is unclear what the resort fee is for. Very disappointing overall. The best part of our stay was the staff! "

"Check-in was scheduled for 4:00 PM, but due to how busy the hotel was, we were asked to wait and come back later. We didn’t end up getting into our room until around 6:30–7:00 PM, which was a bit frustrating after traveling. That said, the hotel itself was clean and the room was decent overall. One issue we ran into was the shower door. It didn’t seal properly, so water would leak out and leave the bathroom floor soaking wet after each use. The highlight of the stay was definitely the location. It’s in a great spot and made getting around very convenient. Overall, a decent stay with some minor inconveniences, but the delayed check-in and bathroom issue are worth noting."

"A little pricey but excellent hotel and service. The actual beach is really small, which was a little disappointing based on the pictures i had seen. Had to wait almost an hour after check in time (4PM) and had already been waiting for over an hour, but lots of people were also on the same boat."
