"This property was beautiful, the room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was clean and everything worked well. The cleaning staff did a wonderful turn down everyday and the property owners were very friendly and gave us great tips. The breakfast was a great way to start the day, lots of variety and good quality food. It is a bit of a walk from the city centre, but the tram was 2min walk away and we enjoyed taking the tram in and walking back. Highly recommend this property."

Our safe was not working and even though they promised to fix it the next day, they never did. We asked about laundry detergent for the machine (which was a great service) and they never responed to my questions nor provided the pods which whey said were in the unit. "Nice rooms situated around small courtyards with fountains and fragrant vines (Jasmine?). A quiet oasis away from the busy streets of the city. Breakfast was very nice with both European and western food. Always had buffet to ourselves. The hotel was the best part of our visit to Firenze! Good restaurants close by and staff made good recommendations."
