"Clean, good breakfast, pleasant and helpful staff. Very close to Biltmore."

"The breakfast could use some adjusting. Maybe seat people and give them a menu. There was a plate with small slices of Brie. It was nearly impossible to get it off the plate. It was stuck tight. I couldn’t understand everything the hostess/waitress said. Her accent was still a little thick. She was very nice, however, and happy to serve. Lighting in the room could be better. Most of the light is in the hallway by the door. Hard to see for packing or reading."

"The room was clean, bed was comfortable and exceptionally soft towels the price was great. Over all it is a very good hotel the first room we were assigned was next to elevator, soda ma home and ice machine. They kindly changed our room. My minor complaints. The breakfast, while good, was in a small room, so not enough tables and chairs. The elevator is a bit slow for such a busy hotel. One night there was not enough parking"

"We found The Artful Way online and decided to give it a try. We were greeted at the door by a lovely woman with a bright smile. Check-in was seamless. The hotel is located at the top of a hill. We were given directions to the parking garage that is located behind the building. It was easy to find. Parking costs $20, which is cheaper than many hotels we have stayed at. The room is very spacious. It is an apartment size. Full kitchen that is stocked well, a big shower, and a full size washer and...

"The property is under renovation, so parking is limited and entrance is through a tunnel of plywood. The lobby was full of construction materials. The room I was first given had only been partially cleaned, the second room had several items that did not work (refrigerator/phone). In the end, I was moved back to the first room but had to wait in the hall for the first room to be cleaned. I would not recommend this hotel until the construction is completed. "Totally under construction. I feel like that should be disclosed prior to stay. I would not have stayed there under those conditions. It need the facelift though. I would have preferred not being there during the remodel."

"The pillows smelled so bad so we didn't use them. There was also only like 3 tissues in the tissue box. We arrived in the middle of the night and were out a few hours later. We got a room here because we didn’t want to spend $40 more for a regular hotel. I recommend spending the extra $40. The breakfast was fine. Waffle machine, muffins, bagels, white bread, yogurt, 2 cereals."
