"Fabulous room comfortable bed and pillows Did not visit the swimming pool or gym as we were busy working I lost my cardigan and called when I got home They retrieved it and are holding it until we return to Spokane in 2 weeks All positive It is my go to place now We usually stay at the Tower but this was spectacular Negative Price of parking We self parked the car for 2 nights it was supposed to be $28 per night the bill was $106 and another $48 to get out of the lot at the end of our stay We are looking into that in case there was a mistake"

"Clean room with comfortable beds. Hotel is in a convenient location. Front desk was super helpful to resolve our only issue for parking. At check in we weren't told we are automatically charged to park, so we paid for parking in the garage that was unable to be canceled. The young lady who assisted in the morning was helpful and removed the hotels parking fee to offset. Has a bar with restaurant on site that was open until midnight. They have a large selection for breakfast that is available to purchase and have a coffee shop on site."

"Property well located. Clean. Friendly. 1 outta 2 down sides was 1.parking was very limited but thankfully there was a lot up the block they are associated with u can stay in and 2. the bed wasnt the most comfortable and bathroom was quite small for a more built person like myself. Little minor things but other than the small things like that it was very nice and would definitely stay there again."

"The hotel was lovely to stay in. Guest services was helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was amazing. Breakfast in the hotel lobby was quite good - especially the Eggs Benedict! Overall a wonderful stay!"
