"We had a lovely 3-night stay. The room was clean; the carpet seemed new; the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The air conditioning worked very well.
The cleaning staff was diligent in their duties and they were pleasant and courteous - they even offered to bring my suitcase down from my room on the 2nd floor to my car.

"There were no USB plugs in the room. I know they may be a little outdated, but they’re still pretty popular. When we called for our car, they didn’t bring it to the hotel tower we were staying in. They just drove it up to the valet booth and it sat there until I saw it. I even asked the person at the front desk if they would bring the car to the curb, we were standing again and she said yes. But that didn’t happen, so kind of disappointing to finish the trip. Attention to details matter."
