La posizione è ottima, in pieno centro e a pochi passi sia dalla città vecchia che dalla spiaggia della Purità. Anche la spiaggia di Baia Verde dista poco più di 3 km ed è facilmente raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata sul lungomare o in bicicletta.
