"Staff was incredible! So kind and offered me a goodie bag, free breakfast and free parking to celebrate my birthday. Just wonderful. Can't say enough.
Shower water was sometimes lukewarm and wouldn't get hot. Only complaint but not a huge deal. "

"The room was clean & odor free. 20th floor. There were no extreme signs of wear & tear. Lots of pillows with varying comfortability. The bed was comfortable as well. TV stations were normal for a motel. Check-in was simple & the staff knew their business & hassle free. Free cookie was delicious! Parking had no extra fee. Nice restaurant in house. I'd choose this hotel again."

"Very clean and spacious rooms. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. Mall of America is right across the street so, you can walk there. Also walkable restaurants in the area. The shuttle ran every 30 minutes and by request. Sometimes it was full and you would have to wait awhile. I do wish the shuttle was 24/7 for the guests who have super early flights. I would definitely stay here again. "
