"Hotel muito bem localizado, na entrada do centro histórico de Sirmione, com estacionamento no local (ainda fora da zona ZTL, o que facilita muito para quem está de carro). Atendimento de alta qualidade, as 2 recepcionistas que nos atenderam foram extremamente atenciosas, nos deram boas dicas sobre o lago de garda e ficaram a disposição para o que precisássemos. Quarto muito confortável, tudo novo, moderno e automatizado."

"We checked in for two nights in the junior room, facing the lake. The colors used in the hotel is very calming. And i had birthday welcoming juice in the room for my Birthday. The staff are very helpful and nice. Room was clean and nice. Beware it has open bathroom layout. Balcony is very small but having the view of the lake in front of your sight from the bed is worth it. Unfortunately since the cant turn the air conditioner due to the local city laws, we had to open the windows and mosquitos...

"I had such a fantastic stay here! I was solo travelling for Easter weekend and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. They have their own private pier on the water which was perfect for the sunny days. The bartender made me an aperol spritz (in a jar) so I could take it down to the pier and enjoy the sun. The morning breakfast, although a bit slow, was very tasty and pretty vast as they had a small buffet, in addition to specific items you could order. Additionally, the room was great...

"Parken ist einfach und sicher, man muss aber den Schlüssel abgeben. Das Zimmer ist zwar nicht so groß, aber groß genug und hat alles, was man braucht. Das Badezimmer wurde renoviert und ist super! Am Besten hat uns der Personal gefallen. Sie hat uns tolle Vorschläge gegeben und sogar am letzten Tag eine Frühstückstute für uns vorbereitet! Sie ist immer da mit einem Lächleln und ist einfach ein guter Person. Gerne wieder!"

"Nice breakfast with gluten free options. Unfortunately, the check in was terrible. Guy at the reception was unpleasant and ignorant. Despite my querries the day before our arrival, nobody from the hotel ever replied. Let alone told us there is no transfer after 10pm and that due to restricted parking one has to walk the bags about a kilometre from the car to the hotel. Not fun when it is late.
