"My only complaint was with Expedia. Paid for a king room, but when we checked in the desk said they only had queen rooms. Was told we would receive a refund as the room was slightly less, but never did."

"Beautiful place, nice comfortable room, loved the back patio area. Staff was kind of rude. In fairness, the whole place was full of kids for some convention. Maybe they’d had a long day. Ha! We got checked in easy, had a comfortable night’s rest, and really loved the location. I’d stay here again. "

"Absolutely no issues with the facilities; clean, new, spacious, great rates, cozy lobby area and great little breakfast/area. Only small snag was the unwillingness to put our parties’ 2 rooms close or at least on the same floor, either beforehand or at check-in (after telling me on the phone they couldn’t do it until we were there). We ended up on 2 different floors, didn’t seem at any point that they were ever going attempt to put the rooms close. Would still stay here again!"

"Our 2nd stay at this property. Nice, clean, good accommodations. Kids love the pool area and pool table room. Nice outdoor space and a walking trail behind. Workout room has good equipment and there's laundry. Friendly staff as well"

"Stuff we’re super friendly and very helpful. Honest review, the facility needed updated badly. My issue is that the hotel one is not cheap and two paying money and having a terrible experience is not good for business. The first room we in had absolutely no hot water. Took almost an hour for us to give the “hot water heater” time to upgrade those. The toilet also leaked when flushed. The we got moved another room where the window seal was damaged and still no hot water. It was too late to go do...

"The room was not cleaned, it had feces still in the toilet and it wouldn't flush, the door looked like it had been kicked. We were switched to another room where the heat didn't work and we were forced to keep the room warm with the oven in the room which was extremely unsafe not to mention my daughter had a tick embedded in her skin and some type of bug on the wall. This stay was down right horrifying "

"AC was broke. At 2am could not take it any longer they moved us to another room however system was down but they got us in another room. Staff was great property was kinda run down not staff fault needs money invested in new carpet etc."

"My stay at Silver Heart was truly magical. The property is stunning and full of character, and everything was sparkling clean. I could not have felt any more welcomed and will absolutely stay there again if and when I'm in Kansas City area next time. "

"It was nice enough for what we needed. The beds were not comfortable for me, and they cut off breakfast too early. Breakfast was pretty bland and very basic, processed eggs and cereal. It was fairly clean. I've stayed in worse places but will try something else next time."

"a cup of coffee was 4.65. Complimentary coffee was not available.............drove to Quick Trip and spent 2.49. Hotel was ok but the 4.65 for Starbucks won't work for us."
