"Almost everything about this stay was great. I was afraid we would be having a terrible weekend when we checked in, but once we got through the chaos that was check in, everything was fantastic.
Upon arrival, we attempted to check in and spent a good amount of time getting the runaround from the desk staff who tried to convince us that we only had a reservation for the water park. I showed my reservation on my phone, the young lady at the desk took my phone and went in the back with it for a good amount of time and returned to rudely inform us that we should have used express check in. Since I was never told this in advance, I had no clue that it was even a thing. We were then sent on our way, only to discover that our room keys didn't work. They didn't work because we were given the wrong room number. So, back to the check in area we went. We were given the correct room number by a different person (who was very nice and helpful) and finally made it to our room. From then on, everything was great! The resort is great, all of the food was delicious, and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming."
