Just know this unit is close to the intersection so you can hear all music and loud cars, I probably would have asked for a higher floor but we stayed only one night. They do give you ear plugs in tgr room so I guess this was the hint of things to come for the night. I used them and eventually went to sleep. "This motel is safe and very well maintained by attentive staff (owners). The immediate surrounding area is fine and only a few short blocks from downtown Syracuse. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and amenities that all function well. I have stayed at the Crown Pointe multiple times."

"There are two hotels in the area and neither of them have the name of the hotel in front of the property. Our room was ok, but the bathroom doors were filthy. The pull out sofa was broken and the mattress was ancient. There were also no extra linens for the pull out sofa and it took them hours to deliver fresh ones to us."
