"At nowhere in the reservation process were we notified that 21 is the minimum age to check in. I have asked for a callback from a supervisor and still have not received one. We are greatly disappointed and wondered what would’ve happened if this had been a -20° day."

"The pool area was small, bur it was good for the kids. The staff was nice, and check in/out was easy. Our room was fine, there was a big crack in the shower wall and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. This was our 2nd time staying here, because it is right in the downtown area and it is easy to walk to places. All in all this is a decent hotel, but I have definitely been to better hotels for a similar or lower price. "

"I asked for more pillows and never received it. I stayed 3 nights and the room was never cleaned. "

"My room was large and comfortable. The tv was not working and they sent a person up to my room to fix it very quickly. But I found some seeds on the floor and tags in the bathroom that were not from my clothes. Overall I had a great time and would stay again though"

"Room lock didn’t work. Bedsheet had hair on it. When we requested for a new room, we were given keys to another room but when we opened the door, there were already hotel guests inside the room. Just overall a disastrous experience. "
