"When booking make sure you pick the River Lodge - a lot of the properties have similar names. I was so afraid it would be noisy but I’m convinced the people reporting noise were at a different location. I stayed at the River Lodge on a busy weekend in August and it was super quiet & tranquil. On Friday night I did hear some music coming from the nearby Mt Bachelor lawn but it was done by 10pm (& luckily I actually liked their playlist so it worked out). "The rooms were fairly large, and appear to have been recently renovated. A sofa & chair sitting area was a nice amenity, as were the two large well-lighted counters, one inside the bathroom, and other just outside. The hotel location was a little farther than ideal from downtown Bend, but still walking distance. "
