"The room was very clean. The bathroom was spotless. The entire staff was friendly. They have a fantastic breakfast in the mornings with made to order omelets. The hotel is close enough that you can walk to all the activities on Broadway but far enough away that you don’t get any of the noise. "

"The staff is superb at this hotel. The assistant general manager Ralph was excellent—made us feel welcome and was attentive to all our needs. Haven’t had such a good stay anywhere in a long time. Very clean and excellent breakfast too. So glad we decided to stop here."

"Great location, the shuttle to and from Broadway was amazingly convenient. Only issue we had (for a brand new hotel) is that there was one elevator basically permanently down, and a guest broke the other one so we had to take stairs for a couple hours until it was fixed, but that was just for a few hours (and I only had to climb once)"
