"Staff were nice but, because they didn’t accept the only credit card company (KoHo) that I’m with, I was charged for my room and a $400 deposit before we could even step foot into the room… if it weren’t my sons 12th bday I would have walked away. On top of which the room we were given (obviously after I gave them $600) already had broken chairs and shower fixtures. Then, when we checked out, we had to sit in the lobby and wait while they “checked out our room” before they would provide the $400...

"This review focuses specifically on accessibility. I use a walker for mobility (not a wheelchair) and had reserved an accessible room (Room 323). We arrived late in the evening, around 10:00 PM. "Really enjoyed our one night stay. The room was very clean (I'm very picky for cleanliness) and the bed was comfortable. The staff were great. We took the pre-paid breakfast and it included the usual fare (eggs, French toast, sausage, etc.). During breakfast, my wife left for a few minutes and came back with, in tow, the busser (Abby) and the cook who was carrying a plate with a piece of cheesecake topped with a candle. "The room was clean and specious. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I had to leave for the airport on the 4 am shuttle so they offered me a bag breakfast to take with me. The shuttle was great to and from the airport made the travel stressfree. It was easy to find at rhe airport and was dropped off right outside the proper door for departure. I will definately book again on future trips."

"Great stay at The Westley! Spacious king room with a large bathroom/shower. Bathroom also had nice lighting, which is rare for a lot of hotels. Bed and pillows were very comfy. The front desk staff were pleasant and check-in/check-out was seamless. Loved the restaurant staff at Fonda Fora, so friendly and attentive. Breakfast + apps/cocktails during HappyHour, also great. Would highly recommend a stay at this property. "
