"Really lovely stay. The location is hard to beat, the renovation was done with real taste, and the restaurants genuinely delivered. Gym, pool, spa — all exactly what you'd hope for at this level. The Panorama Bar alone is worth a visit. Highly recommend."

"Wasn’t really impressed at all with how things are done - they don’t communicate that you need to have a card on your room to do anything. I almost missed a massage because they refused to let me get it until I’d paid but I was in a robe and slippers at reception having to sort out!"
