"Our stay started out not so well. We were quick check in (a plus), staying g Friday thru Sunday, but, when we got to our room, the air did NOT work nor dis the safe. My husband went down to the desk and told them and he was told someone would be there shortly. Indeed he was there in 5-10 minutes. He tried to fix both the air and the safe and no luck with either one. He said we will get you a other room. He went down to the front desk told them the issue and came back with 2 new room keys and we were moved to another room. He checked to make sure both the air and safe worked before he left. So we were good. We found out later that night the TV kept losing signal. No idea why, but that wasn't that big of deal to us. They have a complementary breakfast which as included with the room. Most free breakfast buffet we have had in hotels were basically some toast, fruit and cereal...this buffet breakfast was INCREDIBLE!! Scrambled eggs, potatoes, French toast and syrup, cereal, milk, toast, fruit,, assortment of drinks cold and hot, bacon AND a made to order station for omelets that you could get with just about anything in them, I was happy with just ham and cheese. So, they did address and remedy our room issue rather quickly, and hosted the BEST breakfast buffet we have ever had...that said...if we ever back in Cleveland, we will definitely stay here!! Encourage you to give it a try if you are gonna be in Cleveland for awhile!!"

"I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was beautiful. We ate in the Maker restaurant when we first arrived and the food was so good. We had a little hiccup with our door opening and it needed to be recharged. Maintenance came within 10 mins to fix things and we were back in our hotel room. The night shift for the valet seemed different than the morning shift. The morning shift guys were very on top of things and swift with returning our vehicle. The evening shift seemed slower. But all staff was professional and friendly."
