"Clean room but in need of refurbishing. Very hot during our visit so appreciated the fan but would have been more comfortable if the windows had opened fully. Good shower pressure and plenty of hot water but shower control face missing. Staff were lovely, very polite and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold offerings."

"⭐⭐⭐ Für einen kurzen London-Aufenthalt insgesamt okay. Das Zimmer war zwar ziemlich klein, für zwei Personen aber grundsätzlich ausreichend, wenn man hauptsächlich zum Schlafen dort ist. Das Bett war für zwei Personen allerdings etwas eng. Die Lage ist dafür wirklich super: Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Station Shepherd’s Bush, wodurch man sehr gut angebunden ist und schnell überall hinkommt. Außerdem gibt es in der direkten Umgebung zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants – gerade...

"Excellent stay. Bedroom was spacious and very clean. Staff was very kind. Hotel is very well located near an Underground stay that serves many lines and has plenty of restaurants and shops around. Will definitely go back."
