I stayed at this five-star hotel and, honestly, the room wasn't as spotless as I'd expected - dusty floor, average-sized room. Staff very courteous and explained where all the facilities were situated. Room clean and spacious and just what we wanted for our break. Hotel very convenient situated for bus and underground services into and around London.
