"Very clean easy to find. Easy self check in amd out. Tesco express near by. Very cosy just a little noisy from other rooms as very close together. Great base for a night."

"The front desk staff were lovely and very friendly. Check in was literally 3pm, not a second sooner-so a tad frustrating that you can’t really check in early. The place was clean and beautifully accommodating. One poor note is there was nowhere for me as a woman to do my hair curling with mirror access. I had to makeshift something. Otherwise, a lovely stay and would stay again. Thank you! "

"I have stayed here maybe 4 or 5 times now, the hotel is quite basic especially if you’re not in a plus room but it is good value for money, staff are friendly and the location is excellent. Very close to Russell Square tube station as well as a number of eateries. "

"If you're looking for the Ritz this place isn't for you, but the hotel is clean, tidy conveniently located within 5 minute walking distance to 2 stations and the staff are very friendly and accommodating, nice Breakfast included, free parking, great value in central London, couldn't ask for more.Thanks for a great stay we will definitely be back next time we're in London. "We had a wonderful 5-night stay. Our room was a nice size with adequate storage space and a large bathroom. It was quiet and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Housekeeping service was excellent as was the staff at the front desk. On our departure day, we used their airport car service for early (before 5 am arrival) at Heathrow. The driver was right on time and nice to talk to. I happily recommend this hotel to others. "
