"Front desk clerk was extremely rude and spoke to me as if I didn't have any sense. Kept repeating things in a rude tone as if I didn't agree to comply with any rules and regulations. Tried to argue with me about giving me a receipt. My room was extremely clean and comfortable. Front desk should be trained on customer service. Had I not been tired from looking for rooms all night already, I would not have stayed due to her poor attitude and service. "
