Sheraton Charlotte Airport Hotel
Didn’t clean our room every day, asked for housekeeping to take the dirty towels and provide new and she had had attitude about it, although she took them and provided clean ones. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay

The property was nice and staff was great. Furniture and room had some signs of age. But would stay there again.

Long Cove Resort near Charlotte Airport
Cottage was dirty and the top bunk of the bed was covered in dust like it had not been touched or cleaned in a while. But overall not a bad stay aside from the cleanliness

Ran in to a small hiccup when we arrived late night for check-in , Brittany literally got in her car and drove to location to help us at 11 pm and served with a smile .
