"I had a great stay at Spark by Hilton Northborough. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. Everything felt well-maintained, making it a great value for the price. The only thing I would suggest improving is the breakfast. It was good, but having a few more breakfast options would make the experience even better. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay."

"As I have come to expect, the Publick house was quaint, peaceful, and full of that old time charm. All interactions with staff were wonderful, as always. Ava at the Guest Desk checked me in and I have come to recognize her from past stays so always great to see an organization that retians their staff...especially highly compitent and pleasant staff members like Ava. Rest of my stay was great. While I did know there wouldn't be a refridgerator in my room (make note that not all rooms provide them) I was a bit surprised that there was only one 3 prong outlet in the bathroom where I could charge my latptop which has not been my past exeprience staying at this property. I always relish my time staying at the Publick House and look forward to my next stay in December."

"We called ahead to ensure late check-in would be possible; the gentleman at the front desk desk was very polite, efficient and professional as we arrived at nearly midnight. however, the lady at the front desk during check-out was cold and unfriendly, curtly instructing us to drop the key cards in the box and gruffly said, "you're good to go". so, there is some unevenness with staff professionalism, but we did not have to interact with them much at all."

"We stayed in one of the outside rooms and it was extremely clean, comfortable, and up to date decor. The lighting was excellent in the room and the bathroom. We felt very safe. The pool and hot tub amenities were clean and well maintained. The breakfast in the morning offered a variety of choices and it all was enough. The staff was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this location."
