"Very convenient to LHR airport"

"Pictures on Expedia for the property were somewhat misleading. It’s a very unique hotel In an equally unique spot - the middle of a busy intersection near London Heathrow T4. "We stayed here 6 years ago and had an amazing stay so we were hoping it was still as good and it was, I actually thought the reception staff were much nicer this time. Rooms are just fabulous and super clean, pool area is so lovely and they do the best dirty martinis :) Honestly this place is one of my favourites !"

The staff at the check in or front office will show you how to check in using automated kiosk which I just feel defeats the purpose that the staff might as well just help with the check in process. the Pod from airport to the hotel is decently convenient but if you don't know where to catch the Pod you might have to ask around as it is at the Pod parking location. "We spent the weekend here and had a lovely stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel felt clean and comfortable. Easy to find and park. The spa was a really spacious, relaxing, and well maintained. The only minor downside was the view from our room, although that’s not really something the hotel can control. We were also a little disappointed that the spa appeared to close an hour earlier than expected on the Saturday evening. It’s possible I may have misunderstood...

"Lovely property with all rooms within reasonable distance of the car park and reception. Very polite and highly trained receptionists. Room good size, nice coffee maker, clean fresh comfortable bed with nice pillows. Enjoyed trying out the Dyson hairdryer. Bath nice and long.
