"I had a great time staying in this place. Really nice location. Awesome amenities. I was able to do a much needed load of laundry in the middle of a long trip throughout the UK.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the WiFi in the flat didn’t work (we were given an alternative that worked some of the time) and we couldn’t figure out how to work the TV (apparently there was a 2nd remote that we couldn’t find). Outside of those two things everything else was amazing. Would book this...

"What a gorgeous couple of nights we had at the Chelsea harbour hotel. It was my teenage daughter’s birthday treat, and we were made to feel very welcome by Gennaro and the team, who even arranged happy birthday rose petals and a delicious slice of birthday cake in our room as a surprise. We usually stay in Kensington, but we are glad we made a change, we felt safe walking back from the station and the room was wonderfully comfortable and the view from the balcony was extra special. "Beware of booking the Superior Queen Room - there are several interior facing rooms at the property that don't look like the advertised photos online at all. The rooms are extremely small and overlook mechanical equipment so there's zero natural light. The bathrooms are also extremely small (about 40 sq. ft) and can only accomodate one adult at a time."

"Very warm and friendly welcome. We were arrived early but the receptionist soon found us an available room and even better, a complimentary room upgrade!
The room was quite small and the bed was a double rather than a king size. It didn't matter we were still very comfortable. Everything one could need was provided, bath robes, quality toilettries, tea and coffee making facilities and a wonderful complimentary mini bar.
The room was immaculately clean and warm. Public areas of the hotel were...
