"Everything was perfect."

"This property was amazing! The staff immediately make you feel welcome, and the rooms are lovely! We ordered room service our first night in, and it was delicious. It was nice to have a well prepared meal brought to our room after a long day of travel. The Victoria Station is right there, so navigating through London via the transportation options makes it so easy. We traveled on the Tube multiple times, and it was great knowing that when getting to the station we were minutes from being back...

"From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out the staff were so lovely and helpful and friendly. We were upgraded for a birthday treat and the room was a suite and was absolutely beautiful. The hotel is stunning and the breakfast was really lovely. Amazing staff and amazing holtel, loved it."
