Ensuite very clean and shoerr was excellent. Beautiful curtains in bedroom. Instructions for entry etc very clear. Excellently placed for a 15 minute walk into Oxford. "Beautiful room in a warm and friendly environment. Breakfast was superb quality and plentiful. Staff were happy and chatty and everyone made you feel very at home. Will def be going back!"

"Great location for me Room lovely and clean with all amenities you could need Excellent communication Free parking with plenty of space Wi-Fi for free Very close to a takeaway in case you get hungry Self check in but a number was given to contact owners if any issues. Only downside , radiator which was working well stopped in the night and i woke up cold, however there was a spare blanket in the wardrobe. "
