"When we first pulled up we both were a bit iffy about the appearance. However, once we got into our room and checked everything out we realized it really wasn’t as bad as we thought. The room itself was very comfortable and clean. The staff were honestly the greatest. Always helpful, accommodating, polite and kept up a decent conversation. It was the perfect location could see the Neptune statue and the pier from our room. Thoroughly enjoyed it and can’t wait to visit again!"

"Great location, convenient to all. Clean room, just outdated. Very friendly and helpful staff. Did early check in and parking, great option! Had fridge, microwave, sink. Only provided 2 towels for 2 people so had to ask for more. Bedroom doesn't have own AC , just a little fan blowing air from front room so a little warm in there. Would stay again!"

"The room still had food. On the counter top. Dead bug on top of counter. Water leak in bedroom coming up thru the floor. The ceiling in the living room had paint peeling from it. The bathroom had poop on two of the walls that you can see very clearly. Inside the tub was a black spot that had water holding in it and some kind of tape laying there that by the next morning was yellow. The AC leaked onto the hallway which left a puddle of water we had to walk thru. This was by far one of the worst...

"AC didn’t work in 1 room. Nothing was done to fix it. Broken promises etc. had to move 1 guest into with someone else after paying for 2 rooms. We got no use of 1 room. We were told it had ocean view. Not true. Way far away from ocean. Had to go across the street and up 6 floors to get ice. Elevator was in parking garage, not near rooms. Had to climb lots of stairs or ramps to rooms. Pool did not open at 10. Sometimes it was 11 or 12. Overall horrible place. Don’t stay there and don’t believe...
