"Nice character building near Field Museum and Art Institute. Very friendly, helpful staff. Our view was on an alley looking at a wall, but we weren't there for our hotel view. And I would have liked a big tub instead of just a shower but not a deal breaker. All in all an excellent say in Chicago. "

"Came to Chicago w someone who had never been to a major city before and never ridden public transportation or even ridden a train! Being on Wabash was an amazong way to help them understand the history of Chicago and also how awesome the L is. The facility was stunning and the employees and service well above my expectations. Yes theres a little train noise but it never effected our sleep and actuality added to the overall ambiance of a first Chicago trip. Kudos to the entire staff! "

"Really beautiful hotel in Chicago, perfectly located for exploring the city, with a nice rooftop bar and ground floor bar, restaurant is also nice though often booked for business evets. We had a corner suite which was massive and offered views of both the river and the city, really comfortable bed and shower was excellent. Hotel has a good gym which is not very busy. would definitely recommend as a place to stay. "

"This was our 2nd visit to this hotel, it's right in the heart of the loop next to the river walk. This trip I reserved two junior suites the rooms were spacious my only complaint was the bathroom. Very small counter space and the water pressure in the shower was not the best. The staff both at the front desk and parking area are incredibly friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a hotel that is clean, updated and has bars and restaurants onsite I higly recommend this hotel."

"Rooms are clean and very spacious. Area is very central and convenient to most tourist locations. Quite noisy and congested outside and had a very difficult time eating. All large and small dining options had very long lines. Had to wait 40 mins. for coffee at the Starbucks around the corner and that was our only option to eat. Other establishments had over an hours wait just to get a sandwich. Would stay in a less congested area the next time I visit. I also found the staff less than friendly....
