"When arrived the front desk lady was on a personal call. The guy also working that was doing something else saw us in line and told her we were there. She gave us a room key. We walked to the room and the refrigerator had old food from another guest and a cup with lipstick on the desk. We asked for another room. The guy gave us a new room he was very kind about it. The second room the window didnt have a lock on it. Also the pool was not in use."

"First and last time crossing that threshold….2 absolutely shocking events take place within about an hour….we were in the room locked in with an extra kick stick barring the door. All of a sudden we can hear someone using a key card trying to get in our room…I yelled and you can hear them say something like why would they give us this room key…I called the front desk and they said they would look at the cameras and called me back….said there was an error made and apologized. "The staff at the front desk were welcoming and kind. The hotel could stand a bit of cleaning and upkeep. The elevators constantly had standing water from pool and hot tub use and multiple times there was food in the elevators (random chicken nuggets and used drinks). The pool and hot tub had a great deal of chlorine and it was burning our eyes. The rooms are decent size and having a fridge and microwave is nice. The beds were firm…could stand to be updated. Breakfast was decent. Overall,...

"The room was clean, but mold stains on the bathroom ceiling, hole in the bathroom door as if someone had punched it, musty damp room, food from a previous guest in the refrigerator and generally run down appearance were off-putting. It does appear they are renovating, though."
