"Amazing stay. Staff directly takes you to the booked room. Staff is so kind, provided a map and great recommendations for dining around the area. Our shower head was leaking and staff replaced within 20 minutes. It is close to many mini shops and restaurants. We did not have to use a water taxi for anything. Everything is super walkable and near. I would high recommend and if I ever find myself in Venice again, I 100% know I’d stay here again. "

"Esse hotel é maravilhoso. Além de contar com um deck em frente ao hotel, o que facilita demais na chegada à Veneza, sua localização é ótima, próxima à Ponte do Rialto e de diversos restaurantes. A concierge Lisa foi muito atenciosa conosco e deu ótimas dicas de restaurantes. A suíte Gran Canalle é super confortável e acomoda muito bem uma família de 3 ou 4 pessoas. Tem cama king size num quarto e no outro quarto, duas camas twin. E tem 2 banheiros!!! Recomendo esse hotel. O café da manhã é...

"The hotel is very cosy and located in a kind of secret dock by the canal. You're right in the middle of everything yet it's quiet. The staff are very friendly and kind. Alessandra was very accommodating, she let us use the room an extra hour before we left as I had to go to the police station to report the theft of my wallet. Please be careful on Rialto Bridge, there are pickpockets. "

Best part they arranged a complimentary glass factory tour to Murano! I also recommend adding the breakfast to your stay. "清潔さ:ホテル全体は清掃が行き届いており清潔だった。 スタッフ:アーリーチェックインに対応いただきありがたかった。このホテルは隣接する別のホテルでチェックインする必要があるが手続きに困ることはなかった。(本ホテルにスタッフは常駐していない)清掃もきちんとされた。 施設: リフォームされた室内は清潔でした。バスルームはハンドシャワーとオーバーヘッドシャワーがあり水量、温度調整共に快適だった。 エレベーターがあるのもよかった。 周辺環境:徒歩3分のところにスーパーもあり水や食料を容易に調達でき便利。サンマルコ広場まではいくつもの階段と30分程度の徒歩での道のりとなるが道中お土産屋やバルがあるなど楽しめるので問題ない。 総じて満足のいくホテルでした。 "
